The Human Relations Area Files of Yale is a database of articles and factual data on various cultures both current (World Cultures) and prehistorical (Archaeology). These are organized by culture, nation, and region and are subject indexed "at the paragraph level." Some of these materials are duplicated in our microform collection, but as the HRAF micro-collection is not cataloged we're unsure at this time how much cross-over exists. Intended primarily for use with ANTH 204's WorldSim project, these should have broad applicability in many social science/history courses.
The URL's below will recognize any K-State IP without a login. Please note that this does mean you will need to be on campus to use these resources.
