PrivCo specializes in business and financial research on privately-held companies in the United States including, but not limited to, company financials, merger and acquisition deals, private equity deals, family ownership breakdowns, and bankruptcies.  The database is searchable by company name, but also features a browsing option, both by state and industry.

Freedonia Focus Report Collection--Trial ended

The Focus Report Collection provides insight and analysis into nearly 700 business and industry topics.  The majority of the collection addresses industrial/manufacturing, construction and building materials, energy, chemicals and packaging industry topics, while the remaining reports cover consumer products, pharmaceuticals/life sciences and service industries.  Each report includes information on market size, product and market forecasts, industry composition, market leaders, regulatory issues and business trends.  The collection is searchable but also allows the user to browse.  This trial ended October 28, 2011.
