Get It button + proxy migration = yuck

Some of our SFX source interfaces actively call the Get It button image from our Web server every time a user generates a list of results. CSA, OCLC First Search, and Galegroup are among them. Other source interfaces allow us to upload an image, which they then reveal in a user's list of results from their own servers. It seems that in the former group, off-campus users haven't been able to see the Get It button - probably since the EZproxy server migration over a week ago. Yikes.

Initial source activation notes

Notes on various vendors and their mechanism for adding a resolver to their interface:

• OCLC - via Web client http://firstsearch.oclc.org/admin
• CSA - via Web client http://www.csa.com - go to admin tools (Dale has login)
• ISI / Web of Science - sent email request per their site's instructions to ts.isilinks@thomson.com with base URL and icon path (found this on http://scientific.thomson.com/isilinks/)
• EBSCO - called their very friendly support at (800) 758-5995 and they showed me how to set up the custom link, which can now be modified via the online support client at http://eadmin.epnet.com/eadmin/login.aspx
• abc-clio (aka America History & Life and Historical Abstracts) - from the user interface, log in as administrator (Dale has password) and set the properties there
• SilverPlatter - sent request to support@ovid.com, used large image
• Engineering Village/Compendex - sent request to eicustomersupport@elsevier.com, used large image
• Anthro Plus/RLG Eureka - requested via Web form at http://www.rlg.org/en/page.php?Page_ID=11401
• Wilson - used admin interface found via contractDB. Used small icon to fit their design.
