Looking at Jazz America's Art Form

This proposal was sent out by Rhondalyn Peairs and Chad Pape for a traveling film/discussion/performance series sponsored by ALA, National Endowment for the Arts, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and National Video Resources.

This  is a 3-page example of a "short and sweet" proposal variety, answering a set of questions that
we hope will convince the funders to send the series to Manhattan.  A response should be recieved in late Summer, with the series to be scheduled from October 2006 - September 2007.  Good luck, R&C!
