K-State Libraries are currently conducting a survey to gather users’ opinions on our service quality. It’s increasingly important that we provide and improve the library services you value. Why? With shrinking budgets and resource limitations, there’s increased stress to maintain or cut costs, while at the same time, increase both the variety and quality of services offered. This survey is one assessment tool we use which provides us direction and accountability for your success.
If you have already completed the survey, thank you for your participation. You can also submit your email address at the end of the survey for a chance to win an e-reader or a wireless mouse. Your survey response will not be linked to the email address you submit for the drawing.
