IEEE Xplore back online

IEEE Xplore is now back online.  The weather & associated power outages on the east coast were the culprit.

IEEE Xplore temporarily unavailable.

A message from IEEE: "Due to inclement weather and subsequent power issues in the New Jersey IEEE corporate office, IEEE Xplore  is currently unavailable. IEEE is working diligently to restore service as soon as possible."
