I. Agenda review - There were no additions or changes.
Leader: Laurel Littrell
Time: 90 minutes
Outcome: draft revision to share with staff
Laurel asked the SLC members to participate in a multi-part worksheet exercise to develop keywords and concepts related to our organizational passions, those things that we feel we do better than other organizations, and what our intended impact is on each of our user groups. Laurel will transcribe the session notes and send them to SLC for review. If there are additional concepts, they may be provided at that time. SLC will develop initial draft mission, vision, and values statements by next week's SLC meeting. As the drafts begin to be fleshed out, they will be presented to the staff for consideration.
